Keith, I'm a little crazy at the age of 60 but not totally demented!
In Aug, it will be the Super Sprint with a 1/4 mile swim, 10 mile bike
and 1.55 run---that is enough for me. After the last disastrous tri, I
thought that I would never attempt another but I figured it was my 1st
so, let's give it another chance. I also plan on doing the Danskin tri
in WDW in May...that is if I can get in.
