Hi Daria great to hear from you, i sent you a PM a while back just
to let you know i got your card i hope you got it it was a really
lovely thought.
I am sorry to hear about your Mom but if it is the best place for
her health then it is the right thing, try not to let it affect you i
know easier said than done but i am sure your Mom and family need
you in the best of health so look after yourself.
Sounds like you have as busy a race schedule as usual, i marvel at
the amount of races yuo run, you must have a massive hauls of medals
and T Shirts by now.
Th efamily are doing great, Nicole is very much the chef and is
doing a lot of baking etc, ryan has taken up basketball and is
showing some real talent, he runs cross country to and plays soccer,
i am thinking about taking him out for a little run here and there
as he will be 10 in august.
My goal this year is to get back to the fitness i had in 2005 so
that means 3 minutes off my 10k.
I am desperate to run another Disney race, but for now will have to
be content running round property at DLP.
Take care
Col
