Hey Daria
I am good, i am in awe of your acheivement, seriously, i cant siwm
any more than 25 meters so what you have don eis way beyond me well
done, you continue to inspire.
How is your grandsons running going are you still running some races
together. I thought about doing Disney Race for the Taste, but have
decided to go to Paris instead for purley monetary reasons.
Are you signe dup for any Disnay races ?
It is good to hear from you. I still check in here now and again to
see if anyone is around, it would be good if this group got busy
again, it was my favourite place to hang out on line.
I have managed to keep some consistancy in my schedule so far this
year, coming of a couple of quieter months but raring to go for a
summer of training hoping for sime good autumn results, ITB still
acts up but i can mange it more sensibly now.
Great to hear from you again.
