Welcome back Peggy! What a way to start your training but at least it
wasn't a broken ankle where you would be sidelined for a long time.
What race did you register for or were you Goofy enough...like
me....to try for Goofy.
This group has been sorta quite for quite a long time and I am also to
blame. I should have posted my 5K and 15K report from the Minnie
Marathon weekend...perhaps in a few days. I have been busy training
for the NYCM and also am hoping to add "Triathlete" after my name...so
training has consumed all my free..what was left of it after I
attended to my 87 yo mother.
Since there are quite a few Disney races coming up, perhaps we will
see an increase in posts?????
So lets hear it----who's doing what. So, let me start:
9/20 Everest Challenge 5K
10/12 Race for the Taste (still debating..may be too much before
Marine Corps 10K and NYCM)
Jan 09 5K and Goofy Challenge
March 09 Princess 1/2
May 09 Danskin Triathalon
Who else?
Daria in very warm central NY
