You guys are amazing. I start teaching at 7:20 am. I start running when I
start track practice from 2:30 to 4:30 then I go to the YMCA for my real workout
from 5:30 to 6:30. I have been getting ready for the Paris Marathon. I am
nervous about whether I can really prepare for a second marathon this year. I
have been doing my long runs, but I think I may skip my twenty because I have to
work every weekend between now and the race, April 6th. What can I do if I
can't do the lnog run? Is it that important that I should take a day off from
teaching to do the run, or can I find a way to get the training without a 4 to 5
hour block of running time? Not including my weekend run I have been getting in
15 miles and 3 hours of cross-training per week.
Any advice?
I on board for next year. I was going to go Goofy, but I missed the very short
window. Maybe next year.
I am very spoiled running in Florida, the weather is 55 to 84 every day, very
runnable.
Thanks for any advice.

before work but that was when i could go at 6am and be back home for 7. Now i

about 5.15 or 5 30 and i just cant do it so i take my hat off to you.I find
myself trying to run at lunchtimes at work but it not very satisfactory either
you get caught up in work or you feel guilty about going out as you feel you
should be working.I am looking forward to the lighter evenings so i can go after
