Hey Russ
0445! Wow Russ that is early. I used to like running in the mornings
before work but that was when i could go at 6am and be back home for
7. Now i work further away my train is at 6.55 and i would have to
leave the house at about 5.15 or 5 30 and i just cant do it so i
take my hat off to you.
I find myself trying to run at lunchtimes at work but it not very
satisfactory either you get caught up in work or you feel guilty
about going out as you feel you should be working.
I am looking forward to the lighter evenings so i can go after work
more.
