Gene Oh, owner of Alameda Bicycle, is sponsoring a "Team Alameda Night" on
August 28 (Friday) from 7 PM to 9 PM. Representatives from Giant and Specialized
will be in attendance showing off the new bikes for 2009 and food and drinks
served. jOie du Franco, certified bike fitter, will be raffling off a bike fit
that night, valued at $300, to be scheduled at a later date.

An Evite invitation has gone out to everyone on the Team but there have been
some people who have had problems in getting them so this is being posted here
as well. If you would like to attend "Team Alameda Night" and haven't responded
to the Evite, please respond to this message so that we know you are intending
to attend. If we can get a response by Monday, August 17 (due to the late
posting on the Yahoo groups site), that would be great!!
