Jim:
I would like to alter my Tu/Th posting--I will be leading rides down in the South Bay for ACTC starting Monday coincident with daylight saving time's start, and those rides tend to be hammerfests that ought to do a good job of tuckering me out, so will not be doing the usual Sprint Intervals, but more like a easy recovery ride for me. Others joining me can do whatever workout they wish, and we usually regroup at the end of Ron Cowan Parkway at the airport where we work on paceline technique coming back in to the usually ferocious headwinds on Doolittle. So, if you can keep the listing, but move it back an hour to start at 5pm for an hour loop from Peet's out to Harbor Bay Parkway/Ron Cowan Parkway to the airport access road and return back to the Big Island.
So the listing should state: Tu/Th one hour workout rides, be at Peets at 5pm.
