Hey Team Alameda,
I don't know if you have seen the announcement on the Team Alameda website (www.teamalameda.com) but there will be a preview ride for the upcoming Cinderella Ride in the Pleasanton/Dublin/Livermore area on March 15 that I am calling Cinderella "Lite". I am sending this out to the Yahoo groups site and to members who may not be getting email alerts to new messages on the Yahoo groups.
We will all meet at the Kaiser steps at 8 AM on Saturday and then take off for the Fruitvale BART station promptly to catch the train for Dublin/Pleasanton. We will ride a portion of the actual Cinderella Classic route......about 35-40 miles of it. There will be refreshments after the ride at the Dublin BART station as my own Prince Charming Ted will stash his car with refreshments post-ride. Studettes who want to ride all the way back home can elect to do so but the official ride will be via BART both ways.
All Team Alameda riders (not just the ladies) are welcome to come along. The BART fare to Dublin is $3.55 one-way or $7.10 round-trip. We will find bathrooms and water stops along the way as needed. Route sheets will be provided but this will be a no-drop ride so no one will get lost or left behind.
