Argonaut Death Riders:
Thanks for coming out for such a challenging early season ride! The weather was spectacular and the riding was tough. Great to see ACTC and Team Alameda mix it up and get to know one another...and Team Alameda tackled and completed all Four Passes of the Tour of the Saratoga Alps--congratulations, gentlemen! I was cooked by the end of Bohlman, so they bravely struck out on there own for an extra 20 miles and 2,000+ feet of climbing! None of the four had done any of the climbs, but the descent of Highway definitely kept them stoked to finish that final pass.
Please review/provide me with your stats from yesterday. My base stats were 37.11 miles with 5,581 feet of climbing for the Three Pass/no On-Orbit option of the ride. Please e-mail me directly on mapryor@... rather than the e-list. Thanks!

"Drivers in America and Australia just have attitudes. I don't necessarily say attitudes towards cyclists, but towards other road users. People just don't realize the danger they're causing other people." -- Cadel Evans, 2007 ProTour champion, admitting that training on the road has its unsettling moments
"A sense of humor, properly developed, is superior to any religion so far devised." -- Tom Robbins
