As far as I know they are, though Ingrid should be able to confirm
this. The program is outstanding, but it is pretty specific -- It's
only on complete bikes, and only from specific manufacturers. A lot of
our members have taken advantage of it, and it's been very good. Make
sure you coordinate the purchase with Dave O at Erik's (again, Ingrid
should be able to help you get in touch), because if you just walk in
off the street, they may not be aware of the discount in the store.
