Todd King will be conducting a competitive swim program starting in October that will be geared towards triathletes, but all are welcome. There will be structured workouts as well as coaching on stroke technique and development.
Specifics (tentative):
Who: Open to all swimming individuals
Where: Roosevelt Pool in Blaine Jefferson St
When: M/W/F from 7:15-8:15 pm
Cost: $3.50 per session, monthly rate to be determined.
