Agreement Runs Through End of 2010 AFL Season

Tampa – The Tampa Bay Storm and St. Pete Times Forum have reached a
new two-year sales and marketing agreement that will keep the Storm
at the St. Pete Times Forum through at least the end of the 2010
Arena Football League season. In addition, the Nucci Spine Institute
has entered into a two-year sponsorship agreement with the Tampa Bay
Lightning and the St. Pete Times Forum.

"It was a true pleasure to work with Oren on creating a deal that
builds off of the past success of the cooperation between the Tampa
Bay Storm and the St. Pete Times Forum," said Tampa Bay Storm
majority owner Dr. Bob Nucci. "We both want what is best for the
team, the arena, the community and our fans, and I feel that we
accomplished that goal. This provides the Storm with an opportunity
to expand its presence in the Tampa Bay community and ensures
stability for our fans into the future."

The deal guarantees that the five-time World Champion Tampa Bay Storm
will stay a part of the Tampa Bay community and continues a strong
sales and marketing partnership with the St. Pete Times Forum that
dates back to October of 1999 when the Storm and arena management
entered into an exciting sales and marketing relationship. Thanks in
large part to that agreement, Storm attendance figures have risen
from 10,656 a game in 1999 to 16,793 in 2008.

"We are pleased to be able to let Arena football fans know that the
Storm will be back in action at the St. Pete Times Forum for at least
the next two seasons," said Oren Koules, Chief Executive Officer of
the Tampa Bay Lightning and the St. Pete Times Forum. "The building,
the team and its fans have enjoyed a great relationship for several
years now and as the new operators of the Times Forum, we appreciate
Dr. Nucci and the Storm showing the same faith in our business
philosophies and goals as the NCAA has in bringing the Women's Final
Four back to our building (2015) and the major event promoters who
continue to select us to be the home for the most major national
touring acts, including, most recently Billy Joel, Elton John and
Britney Spears."

The two-year NSI sponsorship deal provides NSI with exposure as the
presenting sponsor at select St. Pete Times Forum events, as a game
night sponsor at a Lightning game, television spots during CW
44's `High Voltage' broadcast of Lightning games and in-arena LED
exposure and radio spots during Lightning games. It is a unique
opportunity for NSI to enthusiastically increase its presence in the
Tampa Bay market.

"The St. Pete Times Forum is a world class venue," added Dr.
Nucci. "Nucci Spine Institute is extremely excited to be affiliated
with the Forum and the opportunity that it provides now and into the
future."

The Tampa Bay Storm enters its 23rd season in the AFL and has called
the St. Pete Times Forum (formerly the Ice Palace) home since 1997
when the arena opened up its doors to the Tampa Bay Lightning and the
Tampa Bay Storm. Over the course of the past 12 AFL seasons the
Tampa Bay Storm have played 143 games at the SPTF with an average
attendance of 14,883 fans per game. During that time the fan base
has grown from an average of 11,982 fans per game in 1997 to 16,793
in 2008, the top average in the AFL.

The Tampa Bay Storm look forward to next season with many key players
from 2008 returning. All-Arena defensive lineman Tim McGill,
quarterback Brett Dietz, wide receivers Hank Edwards and Tyrone
Timmons among others will be back to take the 2009 AFL season by
storm. For 2009 Storm season ticket information please call
