We will be meeting at the Dunbar Plaza next to Micky D's at 9 AM for
the Saturday run. 7 mile flat loop to WVSC and back to start. Sunday
there is a group running the Distance Run course starting a 8 AM, meet
at PCSV Building accross from Magic Island and Monday we will meet at
the Loop in St Albans for a run over to Nitro with optional distances.
