Jose Anonas: tai chi trainor   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #91 of 682 |
Mr. Jose Anonas, a tai chi trainor, offers personal or small group training in tai chi. Sessions and venues can be arranged based on student's needs, schedules and teacher's availabilty. He can be reached at celphone # 0926-2600304.

Jose conducts open group sessions on Sunday mornings at the Alabang Town Center, though he normally teaches at his students' homes or chosen venue.

He knows Tai Chi 108 Wu Style, which he learned when he was 47 years old. And he's still at it. If you haven't got any idea about this style, visit this links:

Part 1:

Part 2:

Jose learned that style from a Filipino, by the name of Mang Ben, whom he describes as normally wearing a red jacket and has a white hand towel around his head, and is normally at the Luneta Park, in front of Manila Hotel, at 5am.

Good day!
