Once in every month, when the moon is full, our ancestors gather around in ritual and prayer to celebrate and usher the streaming of spiritual energies to the planet (the solar energy unimpeded by the moon). This ceremony is so universal that full moons are widely observed by various wisdom traditions around the globe such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Wicca, Native American, and Shamanism and this tradition continue to survive up to this very day.
