For your information, I'm not going to Luneta anymore for tai chi. It's quite far from our place and they start early. It;s also not a learning session. I tried following the group and from my experience, it is very difficult to learn by simply imitating what others are doing. If you want to learn tai chi, find a trainor who can teach you the form step-by-step. I recommend that you join the free tai chi session held every Sunday at 8:00am, at the back of the UP Administration Building. Look for Rudolph Petalver (I learned tai chi from him.) or Irene Chia or Tonton.
