Hello, how are you all doing with your tai chi and qigon?
First, an update: our e-group now has 105 members. The most recent addition is a blackbelter in taekwondo. Other members here are mostly beginners in tai ch-- either wanting to know tai ch or just beginning to learn tai chi, and some experts/practitioners in yang tai ch, chen, wushu, liu he ba fa, and wu, among others. Age varies from youth to at least 45. Some are also trainors. Some are looking for trainors. Given these diversity, an active interaction in this e-group would surely be mutually beneficial for all.
Now, here's a link to a video instruction on Tai Chi warm up exercises which you may want to try:

And find time also to visit the Links section of our e-group site to learn more:

Of course, for beginners, an actual training with a trainor is always the best, a must, and highly recommended.
Good day! Be of good chi!
