is practicing Zhang-Zhuang or standing like a tree. The form play the

Of course stick also on TC principle when doing the rourine- TC is a
relaxed, concentrated, coordinated moving exercise. Moving as one.

Kasi po dati, ang gamit ko yung dragonfly, mura kasi at rekomendado ng
teacher namin dahil halos nararamdaman mo na yung floor sa nipis nya.
ngayon e wala na akong makitang ganoong shoes e.
