The farthest south area i know where a T'ai Chi group is is United Hills Village in Paranaque near Taguig. Ms. Delia Arcilla holds sessions around 6:30am from Monday to Friday every after the Catholic mass at San Martin de Pores Parish. You can text her at 0917-933 2314.
