Links updated to include Liu He Ba Fa   Message List

Hello! How are you all doing with your tai chi?

I have updated the Links section of our-egroup's site to include a beautiful but relatively not well known tai chi style called Liu He Ba Fa, or Hwa Yu Tai Chi Chuan, or 'water boxing' or 'Six Harmonies and Eight Method boxing'. To visit the new links, click the link below:

The water boxing contains postures similar or taken from tai chi, bagua, and hsing-i. In the article by Lisa Neuweld, the style is called 'the last of the closed door styles'.

Mr. Ed Ramirez, who 'owns' the waterboxing.com site, teaches Liu He Ba Fa style in the Philippines, particularly in Caloocan City. HIs training program takes one year.

Good day!
