Visit the Gilman Studio website. It has a free on-line course on the Yang Style long form tai chi with explanations and illustrations on the martial arts application of the postures.
 
I would also suggest you get regular copy of, or subscribe to, Rapid Journal magazine 
It's available in National Bookstores Find time also to visit their office at Binondo. Back copies of the magazine, as well as books and tapes can be purchased there. (.. wow! I sound like a sales agent!).

try understanding the concept of it's blocks and strikes, that way the principle is more understood by the body. also try learning the sticky hands....

What do you mean 'sticky hands', nick? Same as 'push hands'? I learned somewhere that tai chi students should do push hands also. We haven't done this yet in...
