Hi Vincent,

I noticed a loophole in the rules. A player may not have two hands over
the playing AREA, as defined by the touch-lines and goal lines. SO, can
I flick a figure, that is outside the touch-line (outside the playing
area) while my other hand is over the pitch? It seems that the rules
allow that.
