First, the ASA membership has to be officially notified about your
tournament in case anyone can make it. Just shoot someone at
WTSL.org an email with a date, location and your contact information
and we'll make sure a people are notified.

Second, once you have an idea of how many participants you'll have,
simply play the tournament. There are some links on the wtsl.org
site about tournament rules, etc... but I think you can use whatever
tournament format you choose or can think of.
