thats sum great stuff Sharon. I really need that video for solo training. Especially around where I'm living at the moment, I never thought about the one leg roll you just did and the chain is great. Now I have to get a chain from a hardware store. Thank a bunch and also great solo work on Striking on the Wall drill.

Thanks for that, Sharon. Great idea for solo work - I remember Vlad demonstrating solo with a chain and telling us how important it is to be relaxed to avoid...
