Hello again,
Val is a wonderful fighter and instructor and a very nice person as
well. If you want to know what his intentions are I suggest asking
him. I got his latest DVDs and they are very good with a lot if
insight. It is a little different than the "mainstream" systema and
that is a good thing. We can learn a lot from him and adapt the
lessons to our own way of work.
