Jeff Here I was just wondering if anyone here ever heard of the
method of strengthening the body with water and if so has anyone
used it yet I tried it for the first time last night and again this
morning it's a very weird and different feeling you get when doing
it but I think it's also awsome. You should try it. for those of you
that don't know what it is. You take a bucket of tap water making
sure you get that water as cold as possible go outside if possible
with only shorts on and dump that bucket of water over your head it
kill all the germs in your body you should do this twice per day.
You don't have to but this is recomended in my book written by
vladimer vesiliev. Oh yeh one more thing if you can't go outside do
it in the shower then walk around with bare feet. whether outside or
inside being that you have bare feet your negative energies will go
into the ground and leave your body. if anyone has anything to add
please do i can't help but feel as if i'm leaving somthing out.
