Hi Sharon,
That's terrific that you trained with MR and his sons. It sounds like
a great experience. I'm sure you had much to talk about, even with
the language barrier. Scott Connor hit us with a small whip during
his recent seminar at Fighthouse, while we were doing our static
pushups. It was a short whip and I don't think it had the steel core
like the larger Cossack whips. So I didn't expect it to hurt very
much. Needless to say, I was suprised! But it took my mind off the
difficulty of the exercise.
