Hello everyone.

Last month I attended a systema seminar with MR and his sons and val
riazanov in the UK. It was a two day seminar and covered the basics
of systema. It was a great experience to finally meet and train with
them and all the participants were good people as I expected. MR and
I talked about the army and using mostly pantomime discussed shooting
and the usual army talk. We are both experienced snipers (though I do
not compare my experience to his) and it was good to experience a
lesson where I agreed with every principle entirely. From time to
time he asked me to demonstrate how a professional does it and I am
glad that too went well.
One fun bit was with the Cossack whip they used to teach and heal
with. I have one myself now and it got a few funny looks in the air
port on the way back home.
