Hi,
For the partnered sit-ups, you sit on your partner, who knees on all
fours. It helps to tuck your feet around your partner's thighs so you
don't slip off. Then you lower yourself back so that your head
touches the floor, and rise to sitting position again. The person on
the floor can help a little by lifting their neck as you rise. It's
kind of like a sit-up--not sure how else to describe it.
The Marine push-ups are when you clap your hands between each pushup
or, as Martin does, behind your back between each pushup!
Hope this helps,
*Vsego nailuchshego* (best wishes),
Rachel
