** thank you for the welcome Jay. lol .. i like exercise. i recently
moved to SW FL & have been unable to find any MA or RMA in the area
thas suits me (still looking). mostly i do hatha yoga, bike & jog,
with trips to the gym for concentrated weight training & ab work.

love being in FL .. the weather is great for being outdoors.
