We're only 4 weeks away from the Big Weekend! I hope everyone is well - over the comming weeks I also suggest re-watching the Hand to Hand DVD, Strikes and Knife Defense. There will be a small selection of DVD's for sale on the day, as well as some merchandise including t-shirts and training knives.
