Just a reminder that the Brisbane seminar is on this coming weekend!
Please all get there about 20 mins early so I can get everyone marked off and so we can all start promptly at 12noon - 6:30.
Remember to bring something to eat and drink in our break as there are very few suitable shops around the gym. Also, there will be sports drinks available from the gym to boost what Martin is going to take out. It might be an idea to bring a change of shirt as it is getting quite warm and we are bound to work up quite a sweat.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!
