As always I thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt something new. The basic
avoidance drills were great. It really helped you learn to keen good
form and posture while moving around in a 3-dimensions.. Like the real
situation would be.. Each time a new drill was added until we had
worked through movement, redirection and giving strikes while moving
and defending.
The only downside of this training is that there is never enough
time... I always want to keep training but the time just flys..
Systema training always help clear my head and get my mind back to the
present moment. Each day we are always thinking of what has happened
or what the future will bring.. as a result we aren't really living NOW..
Due to the drills we practice your mind must be focusing on the NOW
moment or you might just get a strike to the face...
