I would expect his green slip insureance would
cover your costs and he should have third party
property insurance though its not compulsory. Then
it depends on the insurance company being
reasonable - some would be happy to pay out
$10,000 for a car repair but block a payment of
$1000 for a bike - after all bikes are kids toys
aren't they. How badly damaged is your bike? Is
your shoulder coming good?
