Tim and I did the Bike North ride on Saturday from Meadowbank warf to
Concord for cake and back. What an enjoyable ride. This is the first
Bike North ride we have been on and it was a blast. All the Bike
North rides are rated easy, medium easy, medium, etc, etc. This ride
was easy and we did find it that. The ride to Meadowbank and back
from Carlingford was more of a challenge,but the company on the ride
was great. We were the only tandem and a good mixture of road,
mountain and in between made up the 35 cyclists that came along. It
was 25k's but I would say it was more than that but I did not check my
trip meter. When the next one comes up I will give everyone good
warning and see if we can get more tandems out for the day. Cheers,
