I am not gonna be able to make that sun.
Am flying out a few days after and as I’m still away, it looks like I
will only get that w/e at home before I head off to the US and UK to do
everything and actually spend some time in Sydney.

I have arranged things with QR who is one of the hares.
I have given to him 2 plastic buckets, 8 bottles of champagne, VB,
Cinta Beer, Hahn light beer, Stella
I do not expect that all of this will be drunk, but I am sure it is
best to have too much rather than to run out.
The plastic cups are in the form of champagne flutes, small goblets
and there are others that are, perhaps, schooner sized.
I have also given to QR a bag full of notes and change to be used
to collect bucket fees and a list of people who run with the Full Moon so that
he (or some one else) can note who is there and who has paid.
Bingo (who is the other hare) asked me who would be the trail
master. I said to her that a decision would have to be made on the day –
that some one would be chosen from those who are there.
I have not checked with you, but I assume you will be there and act
as RA. If not, I am sure those there will improvise.
I think things are pretty much under control, but if there is some
