Nur, glad that you are recovering well and having fun at home. I’m
sure you’re also enjoying the Giro on the couch …. Not often you’ll see dear
Lance climbing the mountain in pain J
Keep up the high spirit. Cheers!

Good
morning everyone!
Trust you've been well and busy pedalling every weekend ![]()
It's been three months since I last cycled. My ALAN ti frame is out of
commission. It will sit in a box... permanently. So,
I thought of organising a cycling fund raising event for a new frame!
heee...kidding....just kidding lah ;-)
I will not be ready for the roads till another 1-2months. Hopefully
not more. Meanwhile, the mental training is preparing me for
some nice spins and hill rides. Even if I could sing, I'd have to rest my vocal
cords.
Recently, more than one hundred million viewers on youtube have been
inspired by Susan Boyle, and millions more have been amazed by the
many other incredible and extraordinary BGT talents like Jamie Pugh, Sue
Son, Greg Pritchard, 10-12 year old gifted/ talented stars to be: http://talent.itv.com/videos.htm
I've been enjoying Bruce Lee (also other kung fu movies), and also spent some
quality time studying some dance moves for my classes. When a bike is ready for
me...that's what I'd like to do too...dance on the bike :)
Health and Safety First. Always
I
wish you the strength of all the elements.
Take care.
