Casey, PBP is held every 4 years. It was last held in August 2007 I think. It will be good to have a bunch go from Singapore and I believe that one needs to qualify for it. As far as I remember, there was some sort of certification offered in Singapore...

Any reason to target it for 2011 I instead of 2009 or 2010?
