I'm glad to hear that you are planning to get a group together for the UCI Track Cycling World Championships!  I have attached a flier that has the times of the events and ticket prices. Here is the info that I gave you over the phone:

 

Saturday 10:00 AM:  Sections 116, 117, 104, 105 Saturday 7:00 PM:  General Admission only Sunday 2:00 PM:  Section 104 (not much left)
