Swamis Club Race Announcement – Palomar East Grade Hillclimb

Sunday September 14th, meet at Lake Henshaw parking lot at ~7:30am, race start at ~8:00am

2nd Race of Fall 2008 Club Race Series

We will do the East Grade climb from the Henshaw store/restaurant to the usual spot up the steeper road at the top.  ~12 miles.

Details

• Meet at Lake Henshaw parking lot at ~7:30am, race start at ~8:00am
• East on Route 76, restaurant / campground on right
• The start is across from the parking lot on route 76
• The finish is up the steeper road to the right at the top (where we have finished in the past)
• Cat C group off at approximately 8am
• Cat B and Cat A groups to follow after a ~5 minute delay each
• This is a timed event.
• Prizes for the winners in each category

Volunteers

A volunteer or two would be (really) nice to help with timing at the finish (otherwise I have to start really early!).  Please let me know if you would like to help.
