My riding partner from Laguna was side swiped by a car on Saturday.  I was out of town so Roger went to pick her up at the hospital.  She didn't break any bones but is bruised internally at the ribs, hip and back area.  Also a huge road rash.  She is having an MRI today.  Her insurance company told her that it is her responsibility to collect insurance payment from the driver.  Fortunately she can do some of her work by phone and e-mail.  Should she contact an attorney?  Does our club have references?  I would appreciate any information that I can pass on to her.
