owners license (we will tell you how). By having a license when you are at the
track where our horse races you will be able to go the barn and backstretch
area, park in the horsemans parking area and sit in Trans Atlantic Racing
Stables owners only box. When you are not at the track where the horse is racing
you can watch the race right on the internet or at a simulcast outlet. I
guarantee you will be excited when the horse you own part of races regardless of
where you watch the race from.

4) Trans Atlantic looks to buy horses for a good price versus the purse money
the horse will race for. This maximizes our partners investment.

5) Each month Trans Atlantic distributes 30% of all earnings back to the
partners in the horse. They retain the other 70% for expenses. If the money
retained is not enough to pay the bills....Trans Atlantic Racing Stables
Training and Management Team will pay the bills. YOU ARE NEVER RESPONSIBLE FOR
ANY OF THESE BILLS! We put this right in our written agreement.

6) When horse is sold or claimed from us 100% of all proceeds is distributed
back to the partners, they then can decide if they want to buy into another
horse but there is NO OBLIGATION to ever purchase into another.

7) The racing manager buys at least one in each horse, so he is a real partner
by putting his money where his mouth is.

8) Live anywhere! Our current partners live in 10 different states and two
countries!
