"As a guess, it was Todd or Don Canet. Actually, I think Louden might
make a good SuMo track. And yes, I'm still working the screens for
them."

Prolly Todd. Jerry Wood said it was an ex-LRRS guy. Todd turned over the
NERL List to me, so I own that and moderate on the NEAR List

"I saw you, this weekend.... and Tom Fournier! I was, however, on Pit
Lane when I saw the two of you walk by in the GP paddock area..."

Tom's a handy guy to know. We were getting around by using the handicapped
shuttle carts. I had him pose with numerous umbrella girls because, as you
know, he has a way with words. ("Geez, John, those heels she's wearing are
really high. Maybe you can get a shot under her dress!")

"No Blue Fin for me! After packing up the AMA stuff, we got into the
car and came home, I'm working today. And I'm OH SO VERY BEAT!"

I never made it to Cannery Row. Dinner in Los Gatos Thurs. night with old
high school girlfriend, crashed and burned Fri as no sleep for three days
caught up with me, dinner with Steve and Maggie R. and KerryAnn Sat night
in Marina, then was sick Sun night. Tom Pinky never got back to me Sunday.

"Visiting "dignitaries" at MotoGP: Brad Pitt, Adrian Brodie, Richard
Allen Grier, Matt LeBlanc. At least, those are the ones I saw. And
of course, team owner Michael Jordan. Those are people who were
causing some serious gawk-blocks on the starting grid. Almost as big
as the block on pit lane during the Sat AMA superbike race when Rossi
was watching the GigantiTron."

What was with the friggin' convoy into the paddock with the police escort?
I thought it was the Gov. These clowns ain't THAT important! Maggie and
Kerry were asked to be the Hooters umbrella girls for the Superbike race.
At the last minute, porn star Brianna Banks came on board because the team
that originally acquired her found out who she really was and dumped her.
Poor bastids being chased for autographs all weekend. Nicky and Roger
Hayden were on my plane to Chicago. Nicky was in 1st Class, so the
stewardess was stopping the hounds from entering the cabin. He was cornered
at O'Hare for a few minutes. One of my bright spots of the weekend was
having Doug Henry come up to ME to say hello. He's a class act, but you
know that already. He won his first straight road race at Loudon a few
weeks ago, beating Jeff Wood

Two good shots. Those on the WERA BBS know wassup with them.

....and it's LOUDON!
