Having problems with message search?
I don't know what constitutes "official", but I'm in support of a movement to get more playing time in. It might be worth mentioning that next week is the last week before the winter solstice (and, thus, we'll gradually be getting more daylight), but I think we can benefit from an earlier start for a while.
Last year, we went to a "3:30" start time at the fall time change, but the DST time had been 4:30. This year, because of the heat of the summer, we went to a 5:00 pm start, and never really adjusted for it, so at the time change, we moved back to 4:00 pm.
I'm all in favor of more ultimate. It's just a matter of getting people to show.
