Having problems with message search?
As far as I know, TI in New Paltz has recently closed. I work with someone who's heavily involved in the New Paltz endurance sports scene and knows the TI owner, and he told me this shop was closing due to poor sales. The owner is going to focus on the Lake Placid shop. Maybe things have changed for the better. I understand it is a very good program and might be worth it if they're still open, or perhaps a little trip to the Dacks is on tap.

I know there are some Triathletes out there. Has anyone heard anything about this Total Immersion swim program in New Paltz. They transform your swimming in a weekend.
I think I might be interested in this during the winter. It is expensive but if 2 people go at once it costs a little less. If the results are what they claim it is probably worth it.
