I am surely not amused to see India making huge record
score (413/5)and registering a record margin victory
(by 257 runs) against Bermuda. But what was shocking
that India allowed Bermuda to bat for 43.1 overs and
score 156 runs. Sri Lanka had bowled out Bermuda in
only 24.4 overs for 78 and India allowed them to score
exactly double of that figure. If Bermuda had scored
another 15 runs, the victory margin of India would
have come down to 242, against 243 of Sri Lanka.
I very much doubt whether India would be able to give
a tough fight to Sri Lanka in the Friday tie. However
my best wishes are with the Team India.
