Go to www.stratfanforum.com. All the answers can be found there at the top of
the baseball page. Before you even do that, the first thing to to is install the
latest patch. Go to your game, click on Help, About, and it should say Version
14.03A. If not, you need the patch.

follow the directions carefully, particularly the part about starting in
safe mode. Then download and run ccleaner
http://www.ccleaner.com/download (be
sure you don't get pcleaner). Both are free and should cleanup your
problem. Good luck.
