The Strat Internet Sports Alliance (SISA), a collection of four 24-team
continuous ownership leagues representing each of the major sports, is
currently looking for owners for our inaugural season. Each of the
leagues has the same basic structure, which includes a unique salary
cap/free agency system in which player salaries are determined via bids
from the SISA league owners. The basketball, football, and hockey
leagues are slated to get underway in the fall, with the baseball
league getting started in the Spring of 2007. You can see the league
