Subject: [stonesrowing] Docklands Training Day 14th Feb
Dear All
As a matter of urgency I need DIRECT CONFIRMATION from each of you that you are coming to the Docklands training day this Saturday (14th from 10am to 2pm). Sorry to those that have given verbal confirmation but please could you put this in an email as my short term memory is shot to bits at the moment (early onset of oldtimers?).
I need to assess which boats to take, how many coxes we need, and provide a list of Ray to select the crews.
So please just reply straight away to this email - if I don't get an email then you won't be allowed for in the crews!!
regards
James
PS does anyone has an email address for Owen other than owezz@yahoo.

Subject: StonesRowing Availability
Date: Thu, 5 Feb 2009 20:53:06 +0000
Dear All,
Please can you help me tell Ray who is available when?
We are in the period of winter holidays but this is also the period when we should be getting lots of water time in as HORR rapidly approaches.
So please either update the availability database on StonesRowing (and continue updating) OR let me know by email any weekends that you are away and whether you intend to/can't row on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
cheers
James
PS
Sat 14th Feb - Docklands training day
Sun 22nd Feb - Medway Head
Sun 1st Mar - Greenwich Head
Sat 14th Mar - Kingston Head
Sat 21st Mar - HORR (11.15am race start)

Fat recycling tip:
Please don't pour fat, oil and grease down sinks or drains because this leads to sewer blockages. Instead, collect the fat and mix it with seeds, nuts and raisins to make a "cake" for birds to eat or let it solidify in a container and put it in the bin.
